No. The Well is intentionally designed to be relational, reflective, and collaborative—not a large-scale conference.
Do I need to be in full-time ministry to attend?
No, volunteers are welcomed to attend as part of an attending church’s delegation.
Is it for Senior Pastors only?
No, a church’s delegation can include all levels of staff and volunteers.
How often does The Well meet?
Right now The Well is scheduled to gather four times in 2026, with more planned for the future.
What is the dress code?
Business Casual is just fine!

At what time should I arrive?
Check in and complimentary breakfast will start right at 9:00 am!
Do I need to register to attend? Can I show up and register the day of?
We strongly encourage everyone to register ahead of time so we can best plan for your arrival, but we know how it is. If you didn’t register, you can still join us and we’ll get you registered in person.
